Team
Team adds the Competent Person review workflow to the Solo drafting environment: the criterion-by-criterion review queue and review comments anchored to the criterion. Out of that review come the two PDF exports — the Report PDF and the Audit Record PDF. Plus team collaboration for small teams. Your reports are held in your TableOne Flow account today; true multi-device sync, and a fully local mode for organisations that can’t run a hosted service, are both planned.
Pre-launch. Pricing is coming. Register interest and we’ll be in touch when pricing is set — early registrants will be first to know. TableOne Flow is a Windows desktop application at launch; macOS and Linux are planned.
Everything in Solo, plus…
- Competent Person review workflow — the Competent Person receives a criterion-by-criterion review queue. Each criterion can be marked Endorse, Request change, Blocker, or Ask drafter. Review comments are anchored to the criterion and visible in context when the drafter revises.
- Report PDF — the finished Table 1 in publication form, as the Competent Person signed it; incomplete drafts export with a DRAFT stamp. Solo exports the working Table 1 as Word and Excel; the signed Report PDF is what Team adds.
- Audit Record PDF — the record behind the sign-off: who signed and when, every criterion as the Competent Person signed it, the review rounds, whether AI was used in the drafting, and a fingerprint that makes any later change detectable.
- Work across many projects — Solo already holds unlimited projects on one machine. Team is designed around the Competent Person who signs and their immediate team; practice-level portfolio management, for teams running many client projects at once, is planned for Business and is not in the build today. Cross-device sync is planned (see below).
- Team collaboration — a configured set of supporting roles (drafters and commenters) around the Competent Person. Each user’s edits are recorded against their identity.
- One account, more than one role — the same person can draft, sign off as Competent Person, and administer the workspace; the audit trail records which role authorised each step.
- Encrypted cloud sync (planned) — we intend to host paid-tier project data in an Australian region; the processor stack will be disclosed in the product terms before any paid tier launches. Your project synced across your devices and team with no manual file sharing; offline drafting on the desktop app already works in Solo, and a fully local mode with no connection required is planned for Team too, for organisations that can’t run a hosted service. Sync is planned to arrive with or shortly after Team; we’ll confirm timing as it nears release.
- Reference library, synced (planned) — the library of prior published JORC reports, work instructions and other reference material you keep open while drafting (in Solo, held on one device, with folder-watch) will sync across your machines and remain private to your account by default. A read-only reference: you draft every response, with prior work at hand.

Comment to drafter
Please cite the controlling QA/QC procedure (WGF-GEOL-008) and state the CRM insertion rate and the acceptance window applied. The control-limit assessment needs to reference the standards used before I can endorse this criterion.

Who Team is for
The Competent Person working with a drafter or two — a geologist, a resource engineer, a mining engineer — who needs to review what they wrote and sign off on a structured record, not a Word document. The solo Competent Person who wants a structured review record.
