Team

Team adds the Competent Person review workflow to the Solo drafting environment: a decision on every criterion, with each note anchored to the criterion, and the sign-off record that comes out of it — the Report PDF and the Audit Record PDF. Team is hosted: each report is held once in your TableOne Flow account and opened by the people added to it, in the browser or in the Windows desktop app. A fully local mode, for organisations that can’t run a hosted service, is planned.

Everything in Solo, plus…

• Competent Person review workflow — Send for CP review emails each Competent Person a link, and they review in the browser, criterion by criterion: Endorse, Request change, Blocker or Ask drafter, with a note anchored to the criterion. Before you send, Team lists the criteria with no direct source link, so you can check them first; the list is information only and never blocks sending or sign-off. Revise what the Competent Person flagged and send it back for another round; a Competent Person who has signed stays signed.
• A Competent Person for each section — name a Competent Person for each section; each signs only the sections they cover. Every Competent Person named on the report signs before it moves on.
• Signed content protected while the sign-off stands — while a Competent Person’s sign-off stands, the server refuses changes to what they signed. Only that Competent Person can withdraw it, with a reason, before publication; recalling the review, or removing that Competent Person from the report, also ends it. A published report is not edited; a correction is a new report.
• Report PDF — the finished Table 1 in publication form, as the Competent Persons signed it, leading with the reporting entity’s name. Until the report is published, every Competent Person has signed, and their consent to the current announcement is verified, its cover carries a warning banner. Solo exports the working Table 1 as Word and Excel; the Report PDF is what Team adds.
• Audit Record PDF — the record behind the sign-off: who signed and when, every criterion as the Competent Person signed it, the review rounds, whether AI was used in the drafting, and a fingerprint that makes any later change detectable.
• Organisation branding — your organisation’s name and logo in the app, and “Prepared by” your organisation on Word, Excel and Report PDF exports.
• People and access — workspace roles are Admin, Team member and Observer. A new report opens only to the person who created it; Manage access adds people to that report — Drafting, Reviewing or Watching — or opens it to everyone in the workspace. Workspace administrators are not added automatically. Someone outside your organisation, such as a client, can be invited into one report to watch or review it, until a date you choose. Each person’s edits are recorded against their identity.
• One account, more than one role — the same person can draft, sign off as Competent Person, and administer the workspace; the audit trail records which role authorised each step.
• One copy, wherever you sign in — a Team report is held once in your TableOne Flow account and opened from any computer by the people added to it, so there is no project file to pass around. A fully local mode is planned for organisations that can’t run a hosted service. Where hosted product data is stored is set out in our Privacy Policy.
• Work across many projects — Solo already holds unlimited projects on one machine. Team is built around the Competent Persons who sign and their immediate team; practice-level portfolio management, for teams running many client projects at once, is planned for Business and is not in the build today.
• Reference library — the library of prior published JORC reports, work instructions and other reference material you keep open while drafting. Files you add to it in the web app are held by the TableOne Flow service, private to you. Syncing the library across your devices is planned and is not in the build today. A read-only reference: you draft every response, with prior work at hand.

Who Team is for

The Competent Person working with a drafter or two — a geologist, a resource engineer, a mining engineer — who needs to review what they wrote and sign off on a structured record, not a Word document. The solo Competent Person who wants a structured review record.
