TableOne Flow

Table 1 drafting. For the person whose name goes on it.

Draft a whole Table 1 on Solo — a Competent Person can too. Team adds the Competent Person’s review of each criterion and the sign-off record, including the Report and Audit Record PDFs.

Reports are never metered — unlimited on Solo and Team. Pricing is announced at launch; Solo goes first as a small pilot, on a paid licence. Creating your own report requires registration.

Explore the live app on a sample JORC 2012 Table 1 — no install; give a work email and we’ll send you a one-time link. Register and we’ll reply within 2 business days.

  • Solo — reports stay on your machine today, and always can; hosted, browser-based access is planned as an option, not a replacement.
  • Team — reports held in your TableOne Flow account today; a fully local mode is planned, for teams that can’t run a hosted service.
  • Cloud backup — opt-in, and planned.

Windows desktop at launch; web, macOS and Linux planned.

Your drafter uses Solo. You use Solo — each on their own licence, no shared server. You pass the project file. When you need the Competent Person review trail, one Team account covers you both.

  • Solo drafts the whole Table 1; what Team adds is the Competent Person’s review of each criterion and the sign-off record, including the Report and Audit Record PDFs — see the table above for the full list.
  • Encrypted cloud backup and hosted web access (both planned) are opt-in and off by default; when they launch, your reports are encrypted on your device before they leave, held in an Australian data centre, and readable only by you unless you choose to share. That is your own backup, sync and hosted access — not Team’s multi-user cloud sync, and not the Competent Person compliance record. Software support is included with Solo and Team licences — for the software, not JORC or compliance advice. How we protect your data →
  • Solo stores your reports on your device today, and drafting works with no internet connection; hosted, browser-based access is planned. On Team your reports are held in your TableOne Flow account today and the app needs a connection to reach them; a fully local mode is planned for organisations that can’t run a hosted service.
  • How many people a Team licence covers — Competent Persons, drafters and commenters — is named when pricing is announced.
  • Team roles apply across your organisation. Everyone you add can see every report in it; per-report access is not yet available.
  • .T1F is TableOne Flow’s own project file — one structured file holding a whole Table 1: the drafting, the evidence linked to the JORC sections, and, in Team, the Competent Person’s review notes and sign-off. Each handoff carries a content fingerprint, so a file altered in transit shows up. The file is not encrypted — send it the way you would send any confidential document.
  • Solo has no in-app drafter or commenter roles — nobody is invited into your workspace. You still share by sending the .T1F file, on any plan: they open it in TableOne Flow on their own licence, work on it, and send it back. They need the app installed; there is no browser link.
  • A reviewer can already open your .T1F file and comment on it — there is no limit on how many reviewers can. Getting their comments back to you is planned; today only their edits to the drafting itself round-trip.
  • “AU cloud” reflects our stated objective of Australian data residency — the storage region is confirmed in the product terms before any cloud-hosted tier is activated.

For students and lecturers

TableOne Flow is available at academic pricing for currently enrolled students and teaching or research staff at recognised institutions — for coursework, teaching and research, not for commercial reporting.

There’s no fixed academic rate. Tell us about your course or department and we’ll arrange a licence that suits; we may ask you to confirm your academic status.

When the final Code and ASX settings are known, TableOne Flow is intended to add JORC 2026 as a separate drafting mode alongside JORC 2012. Reports already drafted under JORC 2012 stay tied to JORC 2012. We will name JORC 2026 support when the work is done.
