Structured to JORC 2012. Free to start

Free is a full working tool — no expiry, no time limits on the drafting environment. The step to Pro is the CP review record — criterion-level sign-off, comments, and a retained audit trail. Free

The full tool, on your device. One active project at a time. No subscription, no expiry. Windows desktop app.

  • Full JORC 2012 Table 1 criterion structure with “if not, why not” prompting
  • Evidence files attached to the criterion they support
  • Opens with an example project — the full interface, no registration required to explore
  • Share your project with a geologist or colleague — they open it in their own Free app, no subscription required on their side
  • Quality signals flag completeness gaps before you submit for review
  • Autosave history — local record, 30 days
  • Export to Word and Excel
  • One active project at a time

Pro

One CP with one or more drafters — criterion-by-criterion CP review, from first draft to sign-off.

  • Everything in Free
  • CP reviews each criterion in the app — Accept or Needs revision, comments anchored to the criterion, diff between rounds
  • Every change logged — who wrote it, when, and what it said before
  • Evidence files attached to the criterion they support — Excel cell linking on the roadmap
  • Cloud sync — your project stays current across devices and team members without manual file sharing
  • Offline editing — a desktop version with full editing capability; changes sync automatically when you reconnect
  • Invite your drafters — set who can edit, who can review, who can only view

Business

Consulting practices and in-house resource teams running multiple client projects.

  • Everything in Pro
  • Multiple client projects managed from one account
  • Assign sections to the right CP — exploration, resource, or mining
  • An internal reviewer checks the work before it goes to the CP
  • Invite contract authors or client commenters per project
  • See every Table 1 report at a glance — in draft, in review, ready to sign
  • SSO / SAML — your existing identity provider, no separate credentials

Enterprise

For organisations where client data must stay on your own infrastructure.

  • Everything in Business
  • Self-hosted — your infrastructure, your network, Table 1 content and project data stored entirely within your environment
  • Scoped deployment and onboarding — architecture documentation, security review, and IT onboarding as part of the engagement
  • Bespoke SLA and procurement terms

Free collaboration

Your geologist uses Free. You use Free. You pass the project file. When you need the CP review trail, one Pro account covers you both.

The Free desktop app exports a structured .T1F project file. Anyone with their own Free app can open it, work on their sections, and pass it back — no subscription on either side. The upgrade to Pro is one account, not two.

JORC 2026 support is planned. Every criterion is anchored to a specific Code version; JORC 2026 will be added alongside JORC 2012 from day one of the transition period, not as a silent migration of existing records. We will name JORC 2026 support when the work is done.
