Solo

The full drafting tool on your own machine — Windows desktop app (macOS and Linux builds are planned but not available), intended as a paid licence for a single practitioner after the private pilot. Keep as many projects as you like on your device; all JORC 2012 Table 1 criteria; export when you’re done.

The output

When your Table 1 is drafted, TableOne Flow exports it to the formats your workflow already uses:

They are also ordinary files. The Word and Excel documents are written on your own machine and open in Word and Excel — with or without a subscription.

• Encrypted cloud backup, single-user sync, and hosted web access (all planned) — opt-in and off by default. Encrypted on your device before it leaves, and readable only by you unless you choose to share. Australian data residency is our stated objective; the storage region is confirmed in the product terms before any cloud-hosted tier is activated. Who Solo is for

Anyone drafting a Table 1 on their own machine, whose project data should not leave it — an in-house geologist, a contract technical author, or a Competent Person doing their own drafting. A Competent Person working alone is a Solo buyer: you draft the whole Table 1 here, then sign it the way you sign today, outside the tool.

What Solo does not carry is the sign-off itself. The Competent Person sign-off record (Cl.10), the Audit Record PDF and the Report PDF are Team. If you want your signature captured in the tool — each criterion endorsed or queried on the record, with the audit trail behind it — that is the step to Team.

If you are a drafter working alongside a Competent Person who holds a Team account, the Competent Person can share the project with you through the Team workflow — you do not need your own licence. Solo is for solo drafting; the Competent Person’s Team account covers the shared review workflow.

Going into a Public Report? That is what a Table 1 is for. On Solo you draft it in full, and it is signed the way it is signed today — outside the tool. If a colleague signs it, hand it over as a Word document or an Excel workbook, or as a fingerprinted .T1F file if they also run TableOne Flow. If you are the Competent Person, you sign it as you always have. Team brings the review and the signature inside the tool: each criterion endorsed or queried on the record, and the review rounds and sign-off recorded in that history.
