Business is for two audiences: geo-consulting practices drafting Table 1s for external clients, and in-house resource teams at mining companies managing multiple concurrent projects. The workflow is similar; the context is different. Both need portfolio visibility, multiple CPs, and a structured record across every report in flight.

- Multiple concurrent projects — run all your active client or internal projects from one account.
- Practice-level portfolio — admin users see all projects across the team: which are in draft, which are in CP review, which have been delivered. No project falls through the cracks.
- Full team access — add your geologists, engineers, and drafters; each user’s edits recorded against their identity.
- Admin controls — manage user roles, project access, and client workspace separation from a practice-level admin panel.
- Client workspace separation — each client project is a separate workspace. Client data does not cross into other client workspaces.
- Structured delivery — export the Table 1, attached evidence, and audit trail for client handover. Client data does not need to remain in your systems after delivery.
- SSO / SAML — connect your existing identity provider. No separate credentials for your team.
