Business
Business is for two audiences: geo-consulting practices drafting Table 1s for external clients, and in-house resource teams at mining companies managing multiple concurrent projects. The workflow is similar; the context is different. Both need a structured record across every report in flight; portfolio visibility across clients is planned for Business and is not in the build today. Naming a Competent Person for each section is already part of Team.

Everything in Team, plus…
- Many clients’ projects, one practice account (planned) — run every client and internal engagement from a shared team account, not just your own machine. (Solo already holds as many projects as you like, but locally and single-user; Business adds the team account and portfolio management on top.)
- Practice-level portfolio (planned) — admin users see all projects across the team: which are in draft, which are in Competent Person review, which have been delivered. No project falls through the cracks.
- Full team access (planned) — add your geologists, engineers, and drafters; each user’s edits recorded against their identity.
- Admin controls (planned) — manage user roles, project access, and client workspace separation from a practice-level admin panel.
- Client workspace separation (planned) — each client project is intended to be a separate workspace, designed to keep client data logically separate between workspaces.
- Structured delivery — export the Table 1 as a structured record for client handover, with the evidence and its fingerprints recorded alongside it, and the audit trail as NDJSON or CSV. Client data does not need to remain in your systems after delivery.
- Shared reference library (planned) — the prior reports, work instructions and reference material your practice draws on, available to the whole team, not just one person’s machine.
- SSO / SAML (planned) — connect your existing identity provider. No separate credentials for your team.
